Translator (in-house translator) delivers finished translation to project manager -> Project manager assigns proofreader to proofread the translation -> Proofreader checks the file against glossary or requirements of clients if any -> Proofreader delivers proofread files to project manager -> Project manager arranges for editing/typesetting, or returns non-compliant work to translator for reworking/refining -> Project manager delivers finished work to client.
